By utilizing the chelating property of phosphate ions and metals, the addition of active ingredients solves the phenomenon of “flash rusting” in the early stage of coatings. So AP30S greatly improves the antirust performance of various coatings. AP30S anti-corrosive pigment can be used in water-based system through modification.

Product application:
AP30S anti-corrosive pigment can be widely used in antirust primer for organic resin (alkyd resin, epoxy resin, phenolic resin, etc.).

This type of antirust pigment also can be applied to its modified products, such as inorganic waterborne primer, antirust primer for steel structure of ships, trucks, container boxes, etc.

It can partially or completely replace zinc phosphate, aluminum tripolyphosphate, etc.
