Product Characteristics:

Pigment blue 15 is a type of Red light dark blue powder.  Blue 15 has bright color , trong tinting power and low cost characteristics. Blue 15 is unstable α-type phthalocyanine blue pigments.  This pigment has 160 commercial dosage forms. 

When using pigment blue 15 to color plastics, it is resistant to migration, and excellent light fastness. It can withstand 200℃, and can be transformed into β-type when the temperature is further increased.

Insoluble in water, ethanol and hydrocarbons. Pigment blue PB.15 is an olive-colored solution in concentrated sulfuric acid. After dilution, there is a blue precipitate with excellent fastness properties and easy to disperse and process.

Production Applications:

Pigment blue 15 is mainly used for offset printing ink packaging and metal decoration printing ink. It is stable to organic solvents under normal conditions. It can also be used for iron printing ink, coatings, painting watercolors, oil paints, paint printing, as well as polyurethane foam plastics, rubber products and plastics.
