Luminescent paint (coating) is composed of luminescent powder, organic resin, organic solvent, and additives. When iSuoChem Luminescent powder is formed into a film, after absorbing light within 10-20 minutes, it can continue to emit light for 12 hours in the dark, and the process of light absorption and light can be cycled endlessly, with excellent weather resistance and light resistance.

The preparation method of luminous paint (coat) is as follows:

1. Use neutral or weak natural acidic organic resins with good transparency, such as polyurethane resin, acrylic resin, epoxy resin, polyester resin, PVC resin, polyvinyl butyral resin, etc.

2. The luminescent powder can choose C, D type luminescent powder, and different types of luminescent powder can be selected according to different purposes. If it is water-washable paint, you must choose waterproof coated luminescent powder, if it is used on outdoor floors, it is recommended to choose waterproof coated luminescent powder.

3. The amount of luminescent powder is 20%-50% (weight ratio) of the total amount, or the amount of luminescent powder is selected according to the brightness and the luminous time.

4. In order to reduce precipitation, use high-viscosity resin or anti-settling agent, and stir well before use.

5. The simplest method is to mix crystal clear topcoat and luminous powder directly, and stir evenly.

How to use luminous paint:

1. Luminous paint can be used for brushing, rolling, spraying, scraping, curtain spraying and other processes.

2. When the luminescent coating reaches a certain thickness, the ideal luminous brightness can be obtained, so the luminescent coating should be at least

100-150um (spray twice).

3. If the background color is not white, use a white primer as the primer, and spray the luminous paint after the white background is dry.

4. Finishing with varnish on the luminescent coating can improve the gloss and weather resistance of the coating.

5，Use now, use as much as you need, adjust the viscosity of the paint with thinner according to construction requirements.
