2. Storage of aluminum pigment before use

1. Water-based aluminum pigment should be stored in a place with room temperature to avoid cold and prevent the dispersion function from being reduced.
2. After opening the package, the aluminum pigment should be used up as soon as possible. The unused aluminum pigment should be covered with a lid in time to avoid accidentally entering other raw materials, especially acid-base additives to form a chemical reaction, which will affect the reuse.
3. For aluminum pigments that have been stored for a long time, they must be fully stirred before being used again to confirm whether the quality of the aluminum pigment has changed. After the experiment, it is determined whether to continue to use it.

3. Post-use treatment of aluminum pigments

1. The products mixed with aluminum pigment latex must be used up as soon as possible, because the latex contains a variety of alkaline corrosive additives, which will damage the aluminum pigment coating. If the coating is damaged, a reaction will definitely occur.

2. For the aluminum pigment latex mixture remaining in the trough, if metal balls are not produced in a short time, it must be unloaded and placed in a container, and at least double the amount of water is added to dilute it. When it is used next time, it can be used after inspection without any problems.
