iSuoChem® Red to Orange Thermochromic Powder is made using microencapsulation technology. It uses tiny capsules that react to changes in temperature and turn into different colors.
We usually produce Cold changing or Heat changing Color-color thermochromic powder by adding fluorescent pigments as base colors.
For example, we will use (Orange thermochromic pigment + Red fluorescent pigment) to produce Red to Orange Thermochromic Powder.

COLOR CHANGING PRINCIPLE
The thermochromic powder changes color by expanding and contracting microcapsules.
BASE TEMPERATURES
Regular Temperatures: 5℃, 10℃, 16℃, 31℃, 33℃, 43℃, 45℃, 50℃, 65℃ and other degrees (All colors available).
Customized Temperatures: 70℃~130℃ (Color available: Red, Yellow, Green, Black in thermochromic paint)
Max processing temperature is around 200℃ - 230℃ (less than 10 minutes).
