Pigment Brown 25 | Benzimidazolone P.BR.25 ABR25 Manufacturer
Name: 2,9-bis[(4-methoxyphenyl)methyl]-Anthra[2,1,9-def:6,5,10-d',e',f'-]diisoquinoline-1,3,8,10(2H,9H)-tetrone2-Naphthalenecarboxamide,4-[(2,5-dichlorophenyl)azo]-N-(2,3-dihydro-2-oxo-1H-benzimidazol-5-yl)-3-hydroxy-
Description
Organic pigment brown 25 belongs to the benzimidazolone class, giving a reddish brown color. In addition, iSuoChem ABR25 Brown 25 can produce brown to reddish brown with red iron oxide inorganic pigments. It is equivalent to HOSTAPERM BROWN HFR 01. Bluish is available.
Brown 25 has a stronger yellow light and is more transparent than C.I. Pigment Brown 23.
Brown 25 has excellent light and weather resistance, and good fastness. Its light fastness in diluted color (1:300 TiO2) alkyd terpolymer amine is still 7-8 levels.
Applications and Related Characteristics
Brown 25 is recommended for various inks, various coatings, and textile printing. It's highly recommended for plastic industries, such as PVC, PO, Fiber, PP, PU, LLDE, LDPE, HDPE, POM, PMMA, rubbers and others.
In PVC, brown 25 is heat-resistant to 200℃ and has a light fastness of 8.
In HDPE, pigment brown 25 is heat-resistant to 290℃, and the dimensional deformation is not obvious below 220℃.
It can also be used for polyacrylonitrile and PP spinning coloring.
