In general, iSuochem glitter powder (we also call it glitter pigment or sparking powder) has hexagonal, triangular shape, square(foursquare), diamond,  round, five-star, long strip shape and some special shapes.

If necessary, other special shapes can be customized according to customer's needs, but it will need a certain of MOQ because the manufacturing process is not regular which will cause more abrasion in manufacturing. Most of the markets prefer the hexagonal shape. Hexagon is a kind of quite fashion shape which is treated as the main item of most suppliers.

In market, the glitter powder material can be seen in aluminum foil (aluminum material), PET plastic film, PVC plastic film, polyester film and others.

1. Among them, the aluminum glitter powder can be quite high temperature resistant up to 280℃, and the brightness and the color will not be changed under so high temperature. PET glitter powder is about 180℃, but PET is the most main raw material in producing the glitter powder in the world because of its variety of advantages(I will introduce and compare these advantages in the next articles). You can find YS, JS, LS, QC, SG series glitter powder in our catalogs; and also can find SR, YT, MT, FL series Solvents resistance glitter powder. All these series is based on PET film.

3. PVC glitter powder is about 75℃. In general, PVC is with lower cost.

In the production process of glitter powder, the actual resistance to the temperature is also related to the residence time in the machine and the thickness of the processed glitter powder.

The shorter the mechanical residence time, the better the glitter powder(without fading). The thinner the powder, the better the glitter powder (without fading) because the heat is easily volatilized.
