The problem that long-lasting glow powder is used in injection molding is mainly because the glow powder is relatively hard, and the phenomenon of blackening caused by friction with the screw, how to avoid this phenomenon?

The temperature and pressure of the rear section should be lowered as much as possible on the basis of the finished product. The time of the glow powder in the injection molding machine should not be too long to avoid burning.

There are also differences in the injection products of different machines, new machines and old machines, domestic machines and imported machines, which need to be solved in the slow debugging. The machine adopts the old injection molding machine with short screw as far as possible (the machine head within 0.8m is generally recommended) to make luminous products, and the effect is relatively better.

4.Various reasons for long-lasting glow powder in injection molding: injection molding technology, injection molding machines, and the temperature of the dissolved materials may cause blackening.

5.The ratio of luminous materials to plastic materials is generally 3%-10%. It can adjust the proportion according to the depth of product, the principle of less light color and more dark color, luminous brightness requirements and cost accounting, but the proportion should not exceed 10%.
