Thermoplastic Road Marking

1. Clean the Surface form any dust very well

2. Mark the sketch for the desired lines and signs

3. Load ADS Glowing Glass Beads to the bead Chamber

4. Calibrate the bead flow pressure before the application

5. Start the marking as the thermoplastic is ready to be applied

6. Control the stripping speed according to the proper bead embedding

Spray Road Marking

Method: Spray Machine

1. Clean the surface form any dust very well

2. Apply white Acrylic Road Marker Primer

3. Apply ADS Road Marker Glow Paint as follow

Note:

A: Must blend well (3-5) Minutes before use by Paints’s mixer and make sure that there is no residue in the bottom of the package

B: Spray motorized road marking equipment:

  Pressure: 3-4 Bar (3000-4000 psi)

  Nozzle Size: 3.0-3.5

C Apply ADS Glow paints over the white acrylic primer and let it dry for 30-40 minutes

D: Recommended Especially for exterior surfaces: Apply ADS concrete Glow paint Topcoat after touch dry (About 3-4 hours after applying final layer)

Advised to paint at temperature of Between 5-30 degrees Celsius % humidity not exceeding 80%
