Before regular sale, many of our ink industry customers quite pay attention to the instructions for use of luminous ink.

We will conclude some points for your references.

1. The ink viscosity is around 3000-5000 poise. During printing, the viscosity of the ink is adjusted with a diluent according to the printing speed.
2. In order to obtain a better luminous effect of the printed pattern, you can choose to use a screen plate below 200 mesh for plate printing. Because of the thicker ink layer printed with a lower mesh screen, a pattern with a more desirable glow can be obtained. Therefore, it is ideal to use an 80-120 mesh screen.
3. Using a white substrate under the luminescent coating or printing directly on the white substrate can improve the brightness and luminous time of the printed pattern.
4. In order to obtain a light-emitting pattern with ideal brightness, the minimum film thickness of the light-emitting ink layer should not be less than 100um. When the thickness of the light-emitting layer is generally 150-200um, the best light-emitting brightness can be obtained.
5. More eye-catching patterns can be obtained by the method of color registration.
