In fact, in the production of pearlescent film, it is often necessary to add a certain amount of titanium dioxide together with pearlescent pigments to compensate for the lack of film thickness.As the film thickness is very thin, so that the pearlescent pigment tablets are easy to arrange in order to play the pearlescent effect, the concentration of pearlescent should increase accordingly, about 4-5%.In short, when producing a pearlescent film, it is necessary to consider a certain hiding rate and achieve the pearlescent effect. It is preferable to produce a pearl film by using a double layer blown film machine.The upper layer is mixed with pearlescent pigment,  while the lower layer uses ordinary opaque pigments.
