Printing and dyeing method of thermochromatic pigment
Thermochromatic pigment, is also called thermochromic dye, thermochromic pigment, or temperature-changing powder.

Next, let me introduce the specific method
First, fabric selection:
The best absorption effect of thermochromatic pigment is on loose fabrics. Such color fastness and adsorption are the best, and the temperature-changing effect is also more obvious. For example: cotton, knitted, woven, webbing, wool, polyester, nylon, etc.
Second, the addition ratio of thermochromatic pigment
The ratio of temperature change to dye {water} is 10%-30%.
Third, the process of making temperature-changing cloth
1. First adjust the color of the cloth and dry it
2. Use a dye vat again, put the thermochromatic pigment into the dye vat, add water, and operate according to the above addition ratio, which is about 10%-30% with water. Because the specific gravity of thermochromatic pigment is relatively heavy, it will sink, so the water must flow, or stir. Heating, the temperature should be selected according to the fabric. Heat at a constant temperature for about an hour.
3. Take out the temperature changing fabric, wash off the thermochromatic pigment on the surface with clean water, and dry it.
4. Then add the color fixative. Heat it to about 80 degrees. Cook it at a constant temperature for 30 minutes.
5. Finally dry it.
