1. Suitable plastic materials for adding into glow in the dark powder (Luminous powder) injection molding are PP, PE, PVC, PU, PS, ABS, TPR, EVA, PMMA, nylon, etc. The more transparent the plastic material, the better the glowing effect.

If you need to add toner, try using fluorescent pigment (you can order them for one-stop purchase). The less you add, the better (usually less than 1%).

2. Proportion of glow in the dark powder for injection molding is recommended 4-10%. 

    5-6% is commonly used. 

    Above 8%, coarse powder show better brightness. 

    While low proportion, fine powder has better brightness. (25 kg plastic material and 1 kg luminous powder for your reference)

     Anyway, the proportion of glow in the dark powder can be adjusted according to customer requirements.

3. Process reference: Firstly weigh the weight of the glow in the dark powder according to the ratio.

Secondly, add the appropriate amount of diffusion oil (such as paraffin oil), and stir for 1 minute to form a paste. Thirdly, pour into the weighed rubber compound and evenly stir for 1 minute. 

Finally, add the color powder and stir for 2 minutes to produce the special color glow powder you need.
