It has the characteristics of high luminous brightness, long luminous time, and excellent weather resistance. The product is non-toxic and non-radioactive. The utility model is mainly used for low-level emergency lighting, fire safety signs, and general guidance and identification signs.

PVC series: It is made by mixing luminous pigments and PVC resin. It has the advantages of good flame retardancy, easy printing, inkjet printing, and the most widely used. Luminous colors are yellow-green, blue-green, sky blue and other colors

PET series: It is made of luminescent powder and acrylic resin mixed and coated on PET film, with smooth surface, good stability, easy to engrave but not suitable for ordinary printing

Acrylic series: It is made by mixing luminescent powder and acrylic resin and coating it on the release substrate. This series has very good weather resistance and has the characteristics of printable and tearable

PU heat transfer series: It is made by mixing luminous powder and PU glue. This series has heat paste performance, can cut characters, can be printed, suitable for hot stamping of cloth and clothing decoration, and has excellent washability

In addition, our company also produces light-emitting panels, which are derivative products of light-emitting films, which are made of light-emitting PVC film + board.

At present, our company's light-emitting panels are divided into two categories: PVC series + metal substrate series
PVC series luminous board: It is made of luminous pigment and PVC mixed resin. This series of products has good flame retardancy and is easy to print. It can be cut by cutting, punching, engraving, etc. The luminous colors are yellow-green, blue-green, sky blue and other colors. It is currently the most widely used light-emitting panel.
Metal substrate series luminescent board: Only luminescent pigment and acrylic resin are mixed and coated on the surface of aluminum plate or stainless steel substrate. This series of products has excellent strength and excellent weather resistance, and needs to be printed with two-component curing ink or UV ink. Low-brightness metal plates can be cut by stamping or cutting; high-brightness metal plates, it is recommended to customize according to the actual needs of the size, do not cut.
